Read a confirmation or ticket and get proposed changes. Check dates, content and sharing before applying selected items. This does not book or cancel with the travel provider.

One invite link

A seat is held even before sign-up, and the invitee sees what they are invited to before logging in. Links can be revoked any time.

Roles

Owner, editor, viewer. Viewers can still vote and tick packing items — view-only is not read-only.

A four-year-old without an account is still a traveller

The traveller list is separate from accounts. Walking pace and food restrictions really change restaurant candidates and daily intensity.

Editing at the same time never overwrites

Avatars show who is looking at which screen, and nobody’s save is silently overwritten.

Sign-in and offline storage

No separate password is needed. This device stores your session and some profile and trip data to keep you signed in and support offline use. Sign out after using a shared device.

You choose location features

Nearby places and route features use your current location when you grant permission. You switch “Route log” on yourself and can delete its records on the same screen.

Passports and bookings, members only

No guessable URLs — files open only through signed links after a membership check. Files marked “private” are invisible to other members.

You only see trips you were invited to

Trips you were not invited to are not in your list and will not open even with the address.

Choose what you share with AI

Review the provider, purpose and information scope before using AI. Withdraw agreement in your profile; manual entry and saved data remain available. Withdrawal does not recall information already sent.

Review what deletion affects

Before deletion, we explain the effects on your personal data and shared trips. Older shared content whose source cannot be identified may remain. If cleanup is delayed, you can see its status and retry progress.

Is the app itself in English?

Mostly. Sign-in, creating a trip, the trip overview and inviting people are in English; a few other screens are still Korean only. Write to the assistant in English and it answers in English, with the Korean name of each place in brackets so you can match it to the screen. The previews on this page are translated illustrations of the real screens.

Do I need to install an app?

Start in the browser without installing anything, or add it to your Home Screen. Previously opened and saved data can be read offline. The iPhone App Store launch is in preparation; Android users can use the web.

Does it work on Android?

Use the web. Itinerary, votes, packing, documents and settling up all work on the web; device-scheduled alarms, widgets and Apple Watch are iPhone-app features.

Do invitees have to sign up?

Opening the invite link shows which trip you are invited to before you log in. To join, sign in with a Google account — joining other people’s trips is free with no limit.

Are the booking screenshots and tickets I upload stored?

Quinjet does not keep original files uploaded to create a trip draft. Reading them may send data to the external AI described in the consent notice. To keep an original, upload it separately in Documents and choose its visibility. Private files are for the uploader; shared files are for authorized members.

How is location handled?

Location features such as nearby places and routes use your position with permission. Route log records only when you turn it on; stop or delete it on the same screen. The AI notice explains location information used for recommendations.

Can I use it on the plane?

Previously opened and saved plans can be read as offline copies with the last checked time. Document originals that were not downloaded may be unavailable. New AI answers, live information and shared edits need internet. Device-scheduled iPhone reminders work in airplane mode when notification permission is enabled.

Will the assistant change my plan on its own?

The assistant proposes itinerary and packing changes; you review and select what to apply. See changes in history and restore those that support undo. Check AI readings against the original document too.

How far does the free plan go?

Planning, sharing, votes, packing, documents, maps, weather, flight tracking and settling up stay free. The free plan allows 2 trips you own, 6 people per trip and 20 assistant turns a month; beyond that is Quinjet Pro — see Pricing for its price and when it goes on sale.

Can I use it for business trips?

There is a separate business tab. Snap a receipt and it becomes an expense; filter by period and payer and export a CSV expense report. The original currency is kept, so an estimated rate never becomes the invoice.

Can I move the plan to Google or Apple Calendar?

Yes. Pick the rows to move, confirm the date, time and local time zone, then save or share a calendar file (.ics). It is not synced afterwards — if the plan changes, check your calendar too.

Where do I find a booking number again?

The booking drawer collects confirmation documents and manually registered bookings per source. Search by name, number or content, filter by kind and status, and copy the booking number in one tap.

What if extracted dates or plans are wrong?

Before creating the trip, edit the name, destination and date range, or move rows to another day. Review plans outside the date range first. After creation, members with editing permission can still change the itinerary.

Can I add a booking without a file?

Choose Register without a file in Documents. Set the title, kind and visibility, then enter and review the booking number and status before saving. Visibility defaults to private. Entering dates alone does not add itinerary rows.

Can I import an external calendar too?

Select an .ics file, preview it, check the trip time zone and dates, and add selected entries. Duplicates, cancelled or recurring events and unsupported time formats are excluded with an explanation. External changes are not synced automatically.

Can I decline AI or withdraw agreement?

Yes. Manual entry and access to saved data remain available. Check the provider and information scope before agreeing, and withdraw in AI sharing in your profile. This does not recall or delete information already sent to an external provider.

How do I manage the assistant’s personal memories?

New memories are kept only after you choose Save memory on a review card. View and delete them in your profile. Deleting a memory does not delete the original conversation, trip data or information already sent externally.

Where do I get help or delete my account?

The Support page has contact information and Korean and English help without signing in. Your profile also links to support, privacy and account deletion. Review the effects on personal data and shared trips before deleting.
